1. No Returns & No Refunds

  • All purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any services or products offered.
  • Users are advised to carefully review all service details, terms, and requirements before making any payment.

2. Service-Based Transactions

  • Payments made for digital services, career counselling, facilitation support, or documentation assistance are non-refundable once the service process has been initiated.
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have been:
    • Delivered
    • Partially completed
    • Not completed due to user inaction or non-cooperation
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any issues arising due to incorrect user input will not qualify for refunds.
  • In case of technical errors or system failures from our end that prevent service delivery, Sahayak Rojgar India Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, offer a correction, rescheduling, or alternative solution.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service requests can be canceled only before processing has started.
  • Once the service process has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For subscription-based services:
    • Cancellation can be requested at any time
    • It will be effective from the next billing cycle
    • No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • In rare cases where a physical product is delivered incorrectly or is defective, a replacement may be considered.
  • Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with valid proof (photos/videos).
  • All exception requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the company.
  • Any services or products purchased under offers, discounts, or promotions are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Users are encouraged to contact our support team promptly for any concerns.
  • All disputes will be handled as per internal policies and applicable Indian laws.
